Starting in 2018, I designed for Facebook in Menlo Park, as well as remotely in San Francisco in 2020. I helped maintain a high-quality bar for Facebook’s internal creative work, including branding, marketing, and Illustration. Trained in Facebook’s Business Illustrations style, I worked under multiple creative directors and helped design a variety of creative collateral for Facebook and Whatsapp.

All Hands 2020 Promo Video
All Hands is a quarterly internal Facebook event for the entire company with presenters including Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg. My team helped design the 2020 logo, branding, and presentations. One aspect was a promo video for the event, showing its international scope. Based on the logo, designed by Joey Yao, I helped design over a dozen logo lockups in a variety of languages. These lockups were then animated by our motion graphics team. The logos had to be consistent, dynamic, and legible. Along with their typography, we designed the shapes behind them and how they would behave. The project was cross-functional and very collaborative, involving many mediums.

Help & Guidance Customer Journey
I designed an infographic map to raise awareness about the 10 stages of the Ads and Business Platform’s customer journey. Each phase consists of a metaphorical image of a small business owner and their experience with the platform. Along with page layout and typography, I was responsible for the illustrations and their organization.
London Community Week Branding
I designed the branding for a Community Week event, happening in London. This included logos, presentations templates, and banners. The logo needed to have an interchangeable city name and to emphasize unity. I chose to layer colored boxes to represent this ‘coming together’ of communities to create something great.
